The "BASIC FIRST AID - How to be an everyday hero" covers Primary Survey, CPR, AED and Recovery Position techniques for Adult/Child/Infant care as well as other basic First Aid topics including choking, drowning, electrocution etc. Thousands of lives a year could be saved if more of us knew basic first aid.

This 2-week course is a basic guide to first aid and aims to provide you with essential knowledge that will create the foundations in which you can recognise emergencies and apply basic first aid. We'll provide step by step guidance where you will learn to recognise and manage an acute situation until help arrives.
